RETURNS / REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

Kelly Felder will give its customers the opportunity to refund or return/exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 15 days and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange on the item. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser account as store credits. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.

RETURN / EXCHANGE OPTIONS

1. Returns via courier collection

  1. Drop an email to returns@kellyfelder.co with the following details such as order number, product quantity, reason for the return and email registered in www.kellyfelder.com.
  2. We shall communicate with the courier company and they courier will pick up your product ( Free of charge if the delivered goods are incorrect, damaged or faulty, If not the recipient need to pay LKR300 for the courier company.
  3. Once we receive the items, We will return the price of the item to the purchasers’ KF account as store credits within 7 days after a quality check.
  4. Returns should be made within 14 days and in original, undamaged packaging with the tag intact. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we are unable to return on the item.

2. Returns via the nearest post office

  1. Please drop off the package to the nearest post office (Send the package to the following address from registered post - No.03, Bellanthara Road, Nadimala, P. O. Box 85 Dehiwala, 10350 Sri Lanka)
  2. Once we receive the items, We will return the price of the item to the purchasers’ KF account as store credits within 7 days after a quality check.
  3. Returns should be made within 14 days and in original, undamaged packaging with the tag intact. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we are unable to return on the item.

3. Returns via the nearest KF store

  1. Fill the returns form at the store
  2. Drop off the items at the store
  3. Once we complete the quality assurance process, We will return the price of the item to the purchasers’ KF account as store credits within 7 days.
  4. Returns should be made within 14 days and in original, undamaged packaging with the tag intact. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we are unable to return on the item.

PRODUCTS WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on undergarments for reasons of hygiene. We will only be refunding damaged or faulty goods. We are also unable to offer a refund or exchange on the sales items.

ORIGINAL DELIVERY CHARGES

We will refund the delivery charge when a product is incorrect, faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. Note:
