RETURNS / REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

Kelly Felder will give its customers the opportunity to refund or return/exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 15 days and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange on the item. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser account as store credits. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.

RETURN / EXCHANGE OPTIONS

1. Returns via courier collection

Send a mail to online@kellyfelder.com with the following details such as Order number, product code, quantity, reason for the return and email registered in ww.kellyfelder.com . We shall communicate via e-mail or mobile and organize for the courier to collect the product - free of charge if the delivered goods are incorrect, damaged or faulty ( If not the recipient will need to pay LKR200 for the return) Once Kellyfelder received the items, We will add store credits to the respective account within 3-5 Days. You will be able to order another item of choice while reducing the store credits amount.

PRODUCTS WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on undergarments for reasons of hygiene. We will only be refunding damaged or faulty goods. We are also unable to offer a refund or exchange on the sales items.

ORIGINAL DELIVERY CHARGES

We will refund the delivery charge when a product is incorrect, faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. Note:
