RETURNS / REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY
Please arrange the package according to the instructions below. Ensure the package is properly sealed to avoid any garment damage. Kindly include your name, contact number, and order number inside the package, and address it as follows:

Once the returned item is received and passes our quality inspection, the amount paid will be credited as store credits within 7 working days.
If you request an exchange, the replacement item will be dispatched once the return is approved.
Important notes:
Exchanges are allowed at our outlets. If you are unable to visit an outlet, you may return the item to our online store for store credits or an exchange.
Store credits do not have an expiry date and can be used only for online orders.
If the item is returned via our courier partner (Fardar), a return courier charge of Rs. 300–400 will apply and must be paid to the courier at the time of pickup.
You may also send the package using your own courier service; however, we cannot take responsibility for packages sent independently.
If the returned item fails the quality inspection or is not in resalable condition, it will be sent back to the customer.
Sale items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
Please note that the entire process may take 7–14 working days.

OPTION 02: Return via Nearest KF Store
Visit your nearest KF store and fill in the returns form at the store.
Drop off the item at the store counter.
Once the package is received and passes the quality inspection, the amount paid will be credited as store credits to the purchaser’s KF account within 7 working days.
Returns must be made within 14 days, in original, undamaged packaging, with tags intact.
If the product is not in fully resalable condition, we will be unable to accept the return, and the item will be sent back to the customer.
Exchanges at stores are possible for the price paid for the product (excluding discounts).
