Customer Care Executive – Online Store

Full Time / Piliyandala, Sri Lanka

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to join our growing online store team in Piliyandala.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls professionally and provide accurate information about products and services
Process orders, cancellations, and handle customer inquiries efficiently
Obtain and record details of customer complaints
Follow up to ensure appropriate action has been taken on customer requests
Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Ability to start immediately or within a short notice period
Age between 20–30 years
School leavers are encouraged to apply
