SENIOR LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and improve ERP workflows and business processes across all departments.
Develop dynamic KPI dashboards, WIP reports, and executive management reports.
Monitor operational performance, production progress, and process compliance continuously.
Identify system bottlenecks, operational gaps, and data discrepancies to drive solutions.
Gather, document, and coordinate functional requirements for system & ERP enhancements.
Conduct comprehensive ERP user training and provide ongoing system support to operational teams.
Coordinate effectively with management, operational teams, and system developers.
Provide actionable, data-driven insights and recommendations to improve overall business efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Business Analysis, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Business Analyst working with ERP systems and process improvement.
Hands-on expertise in Power BI and Advanced Excel for data analysis and dashboard development.
Strong background in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and end-to-end project coordination.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the field, with proven experience as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle complex, cross-departmental operations.
