Manage and maintain the Shopify e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and order processing.
Coordinate with the Operations and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate online inventory and timely order fulfillment.
Monitor website performance and ensure a seamless customer shopping experience.
Provide backend support to the Customer Care team by resolving order and system-related queries.
Coordinate inter-outlet stock transfers to support online order fulfillment.
Execute online campaigns, product launches, and promotional updates across digital platforms.
Monitor sales performance, website analytics, and customer insights, providing regular reports and recommendations.
Ensure all online content reflects brand standards and is up to date.
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital retail, preferably in the fashion industry.
Hands-on experience with Shopify is mandatory.
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and online merchandising.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in spoken and written English.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
